• Name, marital status, age (if under 25) email address, contact telephone numbers and home address.
• Payment information such as payment card number, expiry date and billing address,
• Data that you give us about your travel companions.
• Turkish Government-issued identification required for verification and registration, such as passport and driving licence.

Use of personal information
We use your personal information in order to:
• Book the requested holiday dates at Villa Alycia.
• Provide services related to the booking through our manager in Dalyan, such as airport transfers and local registration (see below).
• Enable and facilitate acceptance and processing of payments.
• Collect and enable booking-related reviews.
• Respond to your questions and requests for information.
• Contact you (such as by text message, email and phone calls to provide information such as travel booking confirmations and updates, and for marketing purposes.
• Comply with applicable laws, protect our and our users’ rights and interests, defend ourselves and respond to law enforcement, other legal authorities and requests that are part of a legal process.
• Comply with applicable security and anti-terrorism, anti-bribery, customs and immigration and other such due diligence laws and requirements. This includes registration with Turkish Government-initiated identification agents (Jandarma) as required by Turkish law.
